1916 Silhouette Scissored Portrait executed by the Artist Baron Scotford – In Hisstudio in ‘Japan Beautiful’ on the Zone, Scotford produced these unique and artistic souvenirs for Dignitaries and Guests at the PPIE – Three views show front, his signature and information on the Art and Artist on the reverse  1917 1918
